Leaving a society and rejoining it (rep)
I transferred to another realm for a few days but so came dorsum to my original realm. I did not join whatsoever guild in the meantime, and when I came dorsum I joined the same guild I was in before. When I joined the same society I was originally in, I lost all my rep. I submitted a ticket and got this answer:
I was nether the impression you only lost guild rep when changing guilds?This is * from Blizzard Billing/Technical support. I am happy to provide you with some information. If I were to leave my guild and immediately rejoin right after I would lose all my reputation. That is how it has ever been equally far back as I can call back. Someday you leave a guild expect to start over on reputation. If you get a guild tabard you can gain reputation pretty quickly.

yea probebly the change in server is the problem. noting you can practise abouut it. normaly you would get pop up that your losing the rep

At that place is really merely one work around to this and that is a Character Restore.
Such as you provide them with enough proof, or convincing situation to believe that your grapheme and account was compromised and requires your grapheme to be restored to a sure previous indicate.
Yes, the GENERAL rule of thumb is that yous lose reputation one time you join some other order, But, leaving the server and returning wipes your characters pervious data from the server so it's no longer maintained.

Or instead of lying open up a ticket and ask if you can be helped? I had a bug with my guild transfer where i of my toons didn't properly transfer with the guild, concluded up losing my guild rep. Opened ticket and information technology was sorted for me. If you open a ticket and be honest, you are more than likely to get it sorted than by trying to scam the GMs.

Aye, the Full general rule of thumb is that you lose reputation once you join another guild, Just, leaving the server and returning wipes your characters pervious data from the server and so information technology'south no longer maintained.

at that place is a short window of a couple of hours where you tin go out a lodge, non join another and rejoin the original guild where your rep is unaffected.
not that rep in the guild gets y'all admission to much other than some stuff from the vendor which yous probably already have. if yous are exhalted. Irresolute realms I would imagine that resets it completely though.

The thing is that I didn't get the rep lost message until I rejoined the same order (with no confirmation that rep will be lost). I sent in a screen of that, so maybe it will help

Yous have one month (thirty days), after that your rep is gone. Originally Posted past Siggma there is a short window of a couple of hours where you lot can leave a society, not bring together another and rejoin the original guild where your rep is unaffected.

Information technology was because of the server alter, if a guild master does not preform a realm transfer or faction change and yous exit all rep is notwithstanding loss. Blizzard wants that money.

Normally, y'all go the rep back, if you re-join your old guild within ten days, and haven't joined another order meanwhile..
However, a guild is tied to a server, abd since you left it, you too wiped traces of you being in it, and thus you don't get the rep back..
A GM tin probably help you.

I often wondered what where to happen if someone kicked a player out of the gild just as a joke if it would make them rebuild rep again
